	* config.gcc: Remove support for knetbsd.
	* configure.ac: Likewise.
	* config/i386/knetbsd-gnu.h: Remove.  * config/i386/knetbsd-gnu64.h: Remove.
	* config/knetbsd-gnu.h: Remove.
	* configure: Regenerate.
