Maxim Kuvyrkov 5a81036247 Use setrlimit for testing libstdc++ in cross toolchains 
* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_CONFIGURE_TESTSUITE): Check for presence of
	setrlimit on both native and cross targets.
	* configure: Regenerate.
