	the __cxxabiv1 namespace.

	* libsupc++/eh_aux_runtime.cc (__cxa_bad_cast): Likewise.
	(__cxa_bad_typeid): Likewise.
	* libsupc++/eh_catch.cc (__cxa_begin_catch): Likewise.
