Iain Sandoe f1b6e46c41 libstdc++, coroutine: Add missing constexpr markers.
The methods of the trivial awaitables are intended to
be constexpr.

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* include/std/coroutine: Mark the methods of the
	trivial awaitables as constexpr.
