Add gcc-backport and support git cherry pick.
* gcc-changelog/git_commit.py: Support cherry pick
	prefix.
	* gcc-changelog/test_email.py: Test it.
	* gcc-changelog/test_patches.txt: Add new patch.
	* gcc-git-customization.sh: Add gcc-backport.
