	_GLIBCXX_BEGIN_NAMESPACE: New macro.
	_GLIBCXX_END_NAMESPACE: Same.

	_GLIBCXX_END_NESTED_NAMESPACE: Same.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_SYMVERS]): Add gnu-versioned-namespace.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	* config.h.in: Same.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu-versioned-namespace.ver: New.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver (GLIBCXX_3.4.7): Add exports for nested
	debug mode items. 
	* include/Makefile.am (${host_builddir}/c++config.h): Fill in
