Jonathan Wakely 3d6e7aa95c libsupc++: add <compare> to precompiled header
Also process it with Doxygen.

	* doc/doxygen/user.cfg.in (INPUT): Add <compare> header.
	* include/precompiled/stdc++.h: Include <compare> header.
