	* configure.in: Replace NCN_STRICT_CHECK_TOOL with
	NCN_STRICT_CHECK_TOOLS, and likewise for NCN_STRICT_CHECK_TARGET_TOOLS.
	Look for alternate names of the target cc and c++
	* configure: Regenerate.

	based on the deleted macros.
