PR libstdc++/69295
	* testsuite/ext/special_functions/hyperg/check_value.cc: Use
	-ffp-contract=off, and -ffloat-store to disable excess precision.
	* testsuite/special_functions/02_assoc_legendre/check_value.cc: Use
	-ffp-contract=off.
