        * acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_LIBSTDCXX_TIME): Show test result.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * doc/xml/manual/configure.xml, doc/html/manual/configure.html:
        Document --enable-libstdcxx-time as the short form for
        --enable-libstdcxx-time=yes.
