This patch contains the GCN port of libgcc.

	* config.host: Recognize amdgcn*-*-amdhsa.

	* config/gcn/lib2-divmod.c: New file.
	* config/gcn/lib2-gcn.h: New file.
	* config/gcn/sfp-machine.h: New file.
	* config/gcn/t-amdgcn: New file.
