	* configure.ac: Don't invoke ACX_HEADER_STDBOOL.
	* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
	* system.h: Unconditionally define bool as unsigned char,
	BOOL_BITFIELD as unsigned int.
	* domwalk.h: Use BOOL_BITFIELD.
libcpp:
	* configure.ac: Don't invoke ACX_HEADER_STDBOOL.
	* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
	* system.h: Unconditionally define bool as unsigned char,
