        * cxxabi.h, exception, new, new.h, typeinfo, pure.c: New files.
        * tinfo.hP: New file.

        * Makefile.in (OBJS, HEADERS): Add new files.
        * configure.in (XCXXINCLUDES): Add ../include and ../gcc.
