Paolo Bonzini 50e373331f configure.ac: Remove references to mt-mep, mt-netware, mt-wince.

        * configure.ac: Remove references to mt-mep, mt-netware,
        mt-wince.
        * Makefile.def: Add all-utils soft dependencies.
        * Makefile.tpl: Remove GDB_NLM_DEPS.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
