Ian Lance Taylor 44c925bdb0 libgo: don't provide ustat on arm64 GNU/Linux ... This avoids linker warnings when linking against glibc, as apparently arm64 GNU/Linux does not support the ustat system call. Also update to automake 1.11.6, as that is the new GCC standard.
