Jonathan Wakely e3e08a1db5 future (future::share): Add.
2011-03-25  Jonathan Wakely  <jwakely.gcc@gmail.com>

	* include/std/future (future::share): Add.
	(packaged_task::result_type): Remove as per LWG 2030.
	(packaged_task::packaged_task): Remove redundant constructors, as per
	LWG 1514.
	* testsuite/30_threads/future/members/share.cc: New.
	* testsuite/30_threads/packaged_task/requirements/typedefs.cc: Remove.
