	* config/sparc/sparc.h (TARGET_LIVE_G0, TARGET_BROKEN_SAVERESTORE,
	MASK_LIVE_G0, MASK_BROKEN_SAVERESTORE): Remove.
	(CONDITIONAL_REGISTER_USAGE): Remove TARGET_LIVE_G0 if.
	(PREDICATE_CODES): Remove zero_operand.
