Mark Wielaard b0b74f371e JarFile.java (JarFile(String, boolean)): Read manifest when verify is true.
* java/util/jar/JarFile.java (JarFile(String, boolean)): Read manifest
       when verify is true.
       (JarFile(File, boolean)): Likewise.
       (manifestRead): Set manifestRead field correctly.
