	* include/std/ratio: Prefer __INTMAX_MAX__ to INTMAX_MAX (INTMAX_MIN).

        * include/std/ratio: Documentation for std::ratio class. Add conditions 
        to ratio_less to prevent overflow.
        * testsuite/20_util/ratio/comparisons/comp2.cc: New.
        * testsuite/20_util/ratio/cons/cons_overflow.cc: Update dg-error line
        numbers.

file: libstdc++-v3/README

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
