	(get_anonymous_namespace): Likewise.
	* name-lookup.c (get_anonymous_namespace_name): Likewise.
	* rtti.c (tinfo_name): Likewise, with +1 in the second 
	build_string call fixed.
	(tinfo_base_init): Likewise.
