	* objc/objc-api.h (_objc_unexpected_exception): Declare
	new hook.  Update copyright dates.
	* exception.c (objc_exception_throw): Use hook.  Update
	copyright dates.
	* libobjc.def (_objc_unexpected_exception): Export hook.
	Update copyright dates.
