* Makefile.in (insatll): Change gxx_includedir to gcc_include_dir.
* config.shared (gxx_includedir): Remove default definition.
* config/linux.mt: Change gxx_includedir to gxx_include_dir.
* config/linuxaxp1.mt: Likewise.
