	PR libstdc++/55169
	* include/bits/random.h: Remove all uses of param().
	(chi_squared_distribution<>::__generate_impl(_ForwardIterator,
	_ForwardIterator, _UniformRandomNumberGenerator&): Declare
	* include/bits/random.tcc: ... define.
	* include/ext/random: Remove all uses of param().
