Mark Mitchell f80c00cc55 _G_config.h (_G_USING_THUNKS): Allow overrides from OS-configuration files. 
* _G_config.h (_G_USING_THUNKS): Allow overrides from
	OS-configuration files.
	* libioP.h: Test _G_USING_THUNKS with #if, rather than #ifdef.
