Martin Liska 03b0bf7830 Come up with git-fix-changelog.py script.
contrib/ChangeLog:

	* git-backport.py: Use it.
	* git-fix-changelog.py: New file.
	* gcc-git-customization.sh: Add new alias git gcc-fix-changelog.
