(GENERATED_MANPAGES): Define. (generated-manpages): New target. Depend on cpp.1 as well as gcov.1. (install-man): Depend on $(GENERATED_MANPAGES) (defined by configure to generated-manpages or empty) rather than on the manpages directly.
