Update. 

1999-11-18  Ulrich Drepper  <drepper@cygnus.com>

	* time/strptime.c (day_of_the_week): Make sure result is never
	negative.
	(strptime_internal): Allow %C without %y.

	* wctype/wctrans.c: Fix after removal of second endianess table.
	(strptime_internal): day_of_the_week() requres both tm_mon and
	tm_mday to be initialized.
	Compute them first if they are not given.
