PowerPC floating point little-endian [7 of 15]

	* sysdeps/powerpc/bits/mathinline.h (__signbitf): Use builtin.
	(__signbit): Likewise.  Correct for little-endian.
	(__signbitl): Call __signbit.
	(lrint): Correct for little-endian.
	(lrintf): Call lrint.
