	* localedata/Makefile (test-srcs); Add tst-mbswcs3.
	Add rule to build tst-mbswcs3 before running tst-mbswcs.sh.
	* localedata/tst-mbswcs.sh: Run tst-mbswcs3.
	* localedata/tst-mbswcs3.c: New file.
