* db/Makefile (CFLAGS-hash_func.c): New variable; pass -Wno-unused.
	(CFLAGS): Append -Wno-unitialized.

	* sysdeps/alpha/memchr.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/alpha/memchr.c: Obsolete file removed.
	* string/tester.c: Soup up memchr tests.
