* posix/Makefile (routines): Add getsid.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/getsid.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/getsid.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/stub/getsid.c: New file.
	* posix/unistd.h [__USE_GNU]: Declare getsid.
