Update. 

* nscd/gai.c: Define __no_netlink_support if NEED_NETLINK is
	defined and __ASSUME_NETLINK_SUPPORT is zero.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (CFLAGS-gai.c): Add
	-DNEED_NETLINK.
