* sunrpc/xdr_intXX_t.c: Add xdr_quad_t and xdr_u_quad_t aliases.
	* sunrpc/rpc/xdr.h: Declare xdr_quad_t and xdr_u_quad_t.
	* sunrpc/Versions: Export xdr_quad_t and xdr_u_quad_t.
