Paul Brook f40617927c Avoid invalid unwind directives when building crti.o and crtn.o for ARM EABI.

	-fno-asynchronous-unwind-tables -fno-unwind-tables.

Nathan Froyd 5a6ba634c6 Add missing CLIBABI variables __aeabi_stdin, __aeabi_stdout, __aeabi_stderr.
