* elf/elf.h (ET_NUM, SHT_NUM, STB_NUM, STT_NUM, PT_NUM): New macros.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sys/mman.h: Include <linux/mman.h> to
define all the bit values.
(MAP_*, MCL_*): Macros removed.
