* munch-tmpl.c [HAVE_INITFINI]: Call _init and atexit (_fini) in
this case rather than #ifdef HAVE_ELF.

* csu/Makefile (crtstuff): New variable consolidates crti, crtn;
add crti_s, crtn_s.
(install-lib, extra-objs, generated-, omit-deps): Use that.
