	* nscd/nscd-client.h: Add INVALIDATE to request_type.
	* nscd/nscd.c: Add invalidate cache option.
	* nscd/nscd.conf: Change log directory to /var/log (FHS).

Roland McGrath 4f6bfa8090 * nscd/nscd-client.h: New file, broken out of "nscd.h". 
* nscd/nscd.h: Move defns needed by clients to "nscd-client.h",
	and #include that.
	* nscd/Makefile (distribute): Add nscd-client.h
