Linus said he will make sure no system call will return a value
in -1 ... -4095 as a valid result.

__funlockfile, not a circular alias.
Define __IO_ftrylockfile if USE_IN_LIBIO and __ftrylockfile if not,
not vice versa.

it a weak symbol.
