* sysdeps/powerpc/fpu/bits/fenv.h: Don't put commas at the end of
enumerator lists (-pedantic complains).
(feraiseexcept): Use i#*X as the constraint. Fix a bug in the
test for 'one bit set'.
(feclearexcept): Likewise.
