	test for cmsg struct size.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/socket.h (__cmsg_nxthdr): Likewise.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/makecontext.S: Remove unnecessary
	initializations.

	* libio/oldiopopen.c: Add lock for old_proc_file_chain access.
