* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (sysdep_headers): Not here.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Dist: Remove it here.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Dist: And here.
* sysdeps/generic/if_index.c: Include <net/if.h>.
