Andreas Schwab b31737bdf9 Refer to <signal.h> instead of <pthread.h> in <bits/sigthread.h> 
The <bits/sigthread.h> header is included by <signal.h>, not <pthread.h>.

	touching unchanged files.  Print "version-maps = ..." instead of
