fe7b738e7a alpha: Require kernel version 2.6.0. 
The minimum version that supports TLS.  Also avoids having to

The value of EPOLLONESHOT and EPOLLET should be
initialized with an unsigned value.

c27dd89f4b HPPA: Update pthread.h
