Roland McGrath 7a1c652d58 * MakeTAGS (XGETTEXTFLAGS-siglist.pot, XGETTEXTFLAGS-errlist.pot): Add
--no-location.
	(all-pot): Replace $(subdirs) files with $P/subdirs.pot.
	($P/subdirs.pot): New target.
	($P/SYS_libc.pot): Add -n switch.
