	function definitions.  Adjust macro expansions accordingly.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Versions: Add gnu_dev_ prefix to major,
	minor, makedev name.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/makedev.c: Likewise.
