	* stdio-common/vfscanf.c (ungetc): Use _IO_sputbackc, not _IO_ungetc.
	[_USE_IN_LIBIO] (encode_error): Free cancelation handler.
	(conv_error): Likewise.
	(input_error): Likewise.
	(memory_error): Likewise.
