	* sysdeps/i386/i486/bits/string.h: Add optimizations for ffs/ffsl
	on i686.

	* sysdeps/alpha/ffs.S: Schedule for EV5.  Add ffsl and ffsll
	entry points.

	* string/Makefile (routines): Add ffsll.
