	only non-cancelable interfaces.
	* malloc/malloc.c: Likewise.
	* posix/getopt.c: Likewise.

	* misc/err.h: Remove __THROW from all prototypes.

	* posix/getopt.h (__THROW): Define if not already defined.  Add
	__THROW to the getopt functions.
