Adhemerval Zanella 2e51bc3813 Use PTR_ALIGN_DOWN on strcspn and strspn
Tested on aarch64.

	* string/strcspn.c (strcspn): Use PTR_ALIGN_DOWN.
	* string/strspn.c (strspn): Likewise.
