	* string/bits/string2.h: Add mempcpy optimization.
	* sysdeps/generic/mempcpy.c: Undefined __mempcpy.
	* intl/localealias.c: Define mempcpy only if not already defined.

	* sysdeps/i386/i486/bits/string.h: Define ffsl only if not already
	defined.
